Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as debit cards. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
How do points work?
You earn points for completing lessons and passing quizzes. Points track your progress and unlock rewards across the Academy. Pro members earn double points on every lesson and quiz, so the same study time gets you there twice as fast.
Does Pro apply to every vendor and course?
Yes. A single Pro membership covers the entire catalogue — Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA and every other vendor — including all current courses and any new ones we add while your membership is active.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Both give you the same Pro benefits. Monthly billing is the most flexible, while annual billing is billed once a year and works out cheaper over twelve months. You can switch between them from your account settings.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Nothing is lost. Your account, completed lessons, quiz history and points all stay exactly as they are. You simply return to the free tier — you keep full access to every course, lesson and quiz, just without the Pro extras.
